StarTribune Ugly Tie 5K Fun Run

Join us on Father’s Day for the Ugly Tie 5K fun run along the scenic historic Mississippi riverfront in downtown Minneapolis. Wear the ugliest tie you can find and bring the whole family. In addition to the 5K race there will be a kids Half-K run followed by music, snacks and great prizes for the ugliest ties at Father Hennepin Park.

The A10 Class is our bread and butter! This 40-minute class starts with a gradual, yet progressive warm up integrating fundamental yoga postures to get the body moving and the heart pumping. A10 peaks when you give it your all during a 10-minute stretch of maximum cardio. Class winds down with a dose of incredibly soothing stretching so you can walk away ready to conquer your day.

Whether you’re warming up for the Ugly Tie 5K or just looking for an invigorating way to start you Sunday, join Alchemy 365 for a free AFlow class! AFlow is a little less formal and a lot more fun than your traditional run-of-the-mill yoga class. It brings you strength, balance, and isometric holds with a faster flow. You just need to show up and we guarantee you’ll leaving feeling better and more alive than when you arrived.

 


Blood Mobile

Save a life and learn your type with Memorial Blood Centers at the Fest’s annual blood drive! Saturday and Sunday, 11:30am-4pm on the Merriam St. Bridge. Blood typing offered throughout!
